Seven world’s champions, from Barney Ross to Rocky Marciano, have prepared for their work at Grossinger’s, and in the process helped to make Grossinger’s internationally known.
Rocky Marciano trained here more than 3 years training here. Some considered Grossinger’s to be Marciano’s “office” during that time because of his commitment to this location.

When I was younger, my family used to go to the Catskills every year. Among those vacations were trips to the famous Grossinger’s.
I have amazing memories of those vacations and always get nostalgic when I think about them. For that reason, I had been looking for a Grossinger’s t shirt for a long time.
I had almost given up when this popped up (amazing how some of these targeted ads find you!) and immediately purchased the shirt. I wasn’t expecting much with a lot of the low end t shirts that scatter throughout Amazon, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The shirt is really high quality- very soft, very comfortable , and fits perfectly. The printing is crisp, looks great, and captures the retro feel. The shirt washed well – no shrinkage or fading.
